One Hour Massage
A sixty minute full body massage, with therapeutic attention to problem areas. Good for the muscles and the nervous system.

One and One Half Hour Massage
A 90 minutes full body massage. For the larger or more muscular client of just someone who'd like to get lost for a while. This massage gives the therapist enough time to complete a thorough massage, covering 90% of the body.

Two Hour Massage
An incredible 120 minutes of bliss. Sheer Decadence! You won't have a care in the world after this one.

Swedish Method
The Swedish massage method came to the U.S. through New York City in the early 1900s. It is the application of five basic movements (or strokes) to manipulate the muscles of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage
This technique uses the Swedish method for a more therapeutic effect, helping eleviate pain due to repetitive motion injuries, entrapment of nerves (sciatica, carpal tunnel) or overworked muscles.
